Open air test rig

Deliverables

1. A traceable flywheel calibration method.
    
   
2. Verification of test rig with traceable 3D sonic. The comparison between wind tunnel calibrations will yield corrections to wind tunnel calibrations such that they match the open air calibration.
    
3. Open air measurements with three different cup anemometers documented.

Milestones

1. Traceable calibration of lidic with flywheel accomplished.
2. Traceable and calibrated open air test rig established.
3. Testing and comparison with 3D sonic accomplished.
4. Cup anemometers finished testing.
